Deconstruct - Our skilled workers carefully and efficiently carry out the deconstruction, minimising damage and maximising salvage potential. From interior strip-outs to full residential and commercial deconstruction, we prep the site for your next phase.
Reuse & Recycle - Salvaged materials are either reused by community groups or sent to recycling facilities. Our goal is to minimize waste and support green building through responsible material management.
Report - We provide a Resource Report detailing the amount of waste diverted, reused, or recycled, which can enhance your ESG scores, certifications, and future planning.
Strip-out of a complete 1 Bedroom Apartment in a retirement village in less than 1 day - redirecting the kitchen and recoverable materials to community groups.
ERC was responsible for overseeing the strip-out and preparations for refurbishment of retirement village units. This includes 25 units at once after the 2023 Auckland floods.
